This page describes the complete opt-in workflow for RoofRank SMS notifications, the messages you may receive, and how to stop or get help. RoofRank is operated by DevNest Dynamics LLC (dba RoofRank), based in Massachusetts.

RoofRank uses a double opt-in process. You must explicitly enable SMS in your account AND verify your phone number with a one-time code before any alerts are sent.
Visit roofrank.io and create an account (or sign in).
Navigate to roofrank.io/roofrank-settings.html (also reachable via the avatar menu in the top right of the dashboard).
In the "Phone & SMS alerts" section, enter your US mobile number and click "Save phone." This stores the number but does not enable SMS alerts yet — verification is required.
Click "Send verification code." RoofRank sends a single SMS containing a 6-digit code to the phone number you entered.
Enter the 6-digit code back in the Settings page. On success, RoofRank flips your sms_opt_in status to true, records the consent timestamp, and you'll begin receiving alerts on the schedule below.
Once opted in, RoofRank may send you the following message types — all from the same phone number, branded "RoofRank:":
Recurring. You may receive up to approximately 20 messages per month from RoofRank, depending on activity in your saved markets and watchlist. Frequency varies — there are no guaranteed messages.
Message and data rates may apply. RoofRank does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates apply per your mobile plan.
Reply STOP (or any of: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any RoofRank message. You will be unsubscribed immediately and permanently from all RoofRank SMS notifications, and you'll receive one final confirmation message. You can also disable SMS alerts at any time in your account settings.
Reply HELP (or INFO) to any RoofRank message for support contact information. You can also email support@roofrank.io for help with your account or the SMS program.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information you provide to RoofRank are used solely to deliver the messages you've opted into. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile opt-in data, phone number, or SMS consent records to third parties, affiliates, or marketing partners for any purpose. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. RoofRank uses AWS End User Messaging (Amazon SNS) to physically deliver SMS; messages are routed through major US wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon).
